Buyer Terms

Buyer Premium:
- A 10% buyer premium will be added to the final hammer price of each item.
No Returns Policy:
- All sales are final. Returns are not allowed under any circumstances. Buyers are encouraged to carefully review all item descriptions and photos before placing bids.
Payment:
- Payment will be charged directly to your account when the auction closes. Unpaid items may result in account suspension.
Pickup Appointments:
- Buyers must schedule an appointment to pick up their winnings. Pickup details will be provided upon auction completion. Items not picked up within your specified pick up appointment may incur storage fees or be forfeited without a refund.

Seller Premium:
- Up to 25% seller premium will be deducted from the final hammer price of sold items.
Item Acceptance Policy:
- Not all items will be accepted for auction. Items must have demonstrable value and align with our platform’s standards. The decision to accept or reject items is at the sole discretion of Brown and Sons Auctions.
Pricing Authority:
- The auction house reserves the right to set starting prices and reserves that we believe reflect the items’ fair market value.
Drop-Off Appointments:
- Sellers must schedule an appointment to drop off potential items for consideration. Appointments will include an evaluation of items to determine eligibility for auction.
Unsold Items:
- Unsold items must be picked up within your assigned appointment time after the auction closes or will be donated/disposed of at the seller’s expense.

Scheduling Appointments:
- All pickups and drop-offs must be scheduled in advance via our online system, email or customer service.
Communication:
- Both buyers and sellers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding to inquiries promptly.
